CNP is excited to partner with Greater Collinwood Development Corporation (GCDC) and the Western Reserve Land Conservancy (WRLC) for the Land Use Planning process for the Mobile Home Site next to Euclid Beach Park in North Collinwood.
We recognize the historic nature and importance of this endeavor, and encourage a those interested to submit qualifications and reach out to us for additional information. Diverse perspective is important to this process, therefore the selection of a consultant/firm and the shaping of this work will be supported by CNP and other stakeholders in the neighborhood.
Timeline
Interested parties should respond to this RFP by March 2, 2022, for full consideration. Interviews are anticipated by mid-March and the project awarded at the end of the month.
