Marketing/Communications Assistant
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of CNP marketing and communications agenda, which includes strategies for promoting city neighborhoods and performing outreach to the community development industry, city leaders, community stakeholders and the general public.

Strategic Planning and Dashboard Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating all activities related to the upcoming strategic planning process and assisting with the organizational dashboard as a liaison between Case and CNP staff. During lulls in this work, responsibility would shift to the creation and organization of content for the CDC best practices library.

Placemaking Program Assistant
Broadly tasked with exploring the design possibilities of several neighborhood districts, development sites, and proposed projects, from real-life explorations with client groups on fee-for-service consulting projects to purely speculative internal investigations. Program focus will likely involve real estate design, development and management, lending, climate resiliency and/or marketing.

Finance Internship
A young professional will be exposed to the business side of Cleveland Neighborhood Progress’ lending and financial advocacy efforts with introductions to underwriting, book of business activity, and financial empowerment research.

Young professional would be deeply engaged in the broader CDC network as a hands-on manager of City and CDC-wide programs and initiatives and specific Saint Luke’s Campus programming efforts.
