Recognizing the People and Organizations lifting up Cleveland Neighborhoods

This year, we will recognize community development practitioners and organizations who have lifted up Cleveland neighborhoods and moved the community development industry forward. Drawing from CNP’s mission to foster equitable revitalization across Cleveland neighborhoods by strengthening the community development ecosystem, we will celebrate individuals and organizations with the following awards.

The Fostering Award

To be given to passionate practitioners who are early in their careers and have so much to offer the community development industry, Cleveland’s neighborhoods, and our City as a whole.

The Strength Award

To be given to a practitioner who has left an indelible impression in our community development ecosystem through their contributions, professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

The Revitalization Award

To be given to a practitioner or organization doing hard work. Whether that is an innovative approach to a community challenge, a transformational project or program, or long-term and dogged commitment to a project or program that take years of thankless work.

Invest in Equitable Neighborhood Revitalization.
