Getting involved need not be complicated or intimidating and there are countless ways to do so. Join WELD for our June Leadership Series which will feature civic engagement expert, Erika Anthony, Senior Director of Advocacy, Policy and Research for Cleveland Neighborhood Progress. In this session of the WELD Leadership Series, Erika will cover:

  • The vital impact that women leaders in government and in the community have had in driving economic improvements in the Cleveland region and what they will do to move our region forward

  • Critical strategies needed to increase the number of women at the leadership table in our community
  • The variety of ways you can increase your own civic engagement and why your involvement matters
  • Key behaviors today’s women leaders must model for emerging women professionals regarding civic engagement

There will be time for networking from 5:30pm-6:00pm, followed by the program from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
