This third annual Racial Equity & Inclusion Film Series continues to welcome new participants into our neighborhood’s journey of understanding and demanding racial equity. Diversity and social justice are core values of DSCDO, and systemic racism is antithetical to our vision of diverse, sustainable, and desirable neighborhoods where all people thrive.

The Capitol Theatre is the only historic movie theatre on Cleveland’s west side. This film series takes place in the Capitol Theatre’s main auditorium, which is ADA accessible. The Capitol Theatre is located on the RTA’s 26 bus route (running 24 hours a day) and a half mile from the West 65th-Lorain Red Line station. The Gordon Square Arts District has bike racks and is connected by bike lanes. Free parking is also available.
