Neighborhood Progress collaborates with nonprofit and for-profit partners to leverage resources and provide the technical expertise to bring complex real estate transactions to fruition.

Through our subsidiary, New Village Corporation, we have brought over $150 million in new development to the City of Cleveland, including affordable and market-rate housing, shopping centers, and grocery stores. These projects are frequently difficult to develop in conventional ways, but with our multi-faceted expertise in development and lending we can often facilitate progress where traditional developers alone have been unable. From community planning to land assembly to bridge and gap financing, Neighborhood Progress has assembled a full array of development tools that have led to successful projects and stronger communities.
